Bills Auto Repair in Hiawatha Kansas 66434/Follow up Review/Hub Bearing/Milton

I wanted to follow up with an article I wrote earlier this year on, “Bill’s Auto Repair” located in Hiawatha Kansas 66434. The article was titled, “A Small Adjustment For The Customer.” I couldn’t understand why Milton the mechanic would not recheck his work on the front hub bearing I brought in. Milton said he would have to charge me another $100 or so in labor to replace the bearing since he did not buy it. I called this a small adjustment since I know what is involved replacing this bearing which he refused to do. With his power tools he could of performed this small adjustment for me under 15 minutes if he really wanted me as a happy customer. He did not know that I have over 25+ years experience working in the private sector as a ASE Certified Auto Repair Technician. I wanted to see how this shop handles its customers.

After refusing to pay Bills Auto Repair in Hiawatha Kansas another $100 to replace a bearing again, I replaced it just to see how bad this bearing was installed by Milton the auto mechanic. I found the 36 mm axle nut was loose which could cause premature wear on this bearing. The next thing I discovered was the O-Ring was crushed, torn, and installed incorrectly by Milton. This could also cause a good bearing to go bad real fast. The spot where this O-Ring was suppose to go was not cleaned and was covered with rust and dirt. One of the three bearing hold down bolts was loose which could cause improper alignment of the new bearing. With all of these mistakes made by Milton the auto mechanic at Bills Auto Repair located in Hiawatha Kansas 66434 I don’t see how I was going to pay him another $100 to screw up another new bearing. The inside of my New tire was wore out which now needs to be replaced. All I wanted was him to recheck his work and warranty his labor.

After finding all of these installation problems and Bills Auto Repair not wanting to honor their ‘Labor Warranty‘, my final review is to stay away from these guys as far as possible. Just because you try to save money by bringing in your own parts for them to install do not believe them when they say the part was installed correctly and you have to pay again to have it fixed. My advice would be to have a reputable auto repair facility document the installation problems and try to get your money back from Bills Auto Repair located in Hiawatha Kansas. Rather than relying on Bill’s to admit they installed your part incorrectly.

Should I Pay For a Diagnostic Charge/Rip off Scams

Have you ever taken your vehicle in for repairs and the auto repair shop could not fix the problem? And now the mechanic expects you to pay for his time spent on your car. This could be one of those rip off scams revealed and you don’t even know it. Many not all auto mechanics will spend a few minutes on your vehicle and say he spent 2.5 hours working on it. As a matter in fact I saw one auto technician take a customers car to lunch and returned with no clue what was wrong with the vehicle. Another example was a auto repair shop manager sprayed some degreaser on the timing chain cover and told the customer he replaced the timing belt which amounted to over $300. One more example is a car came in with a sensor unplugged and the mechanic just plugged it back in and the car was fixed after charging the customer for a new sensor, labor to install, and unnecessary shop supplies that were never used.

So the question still remains should you pay for a diagnostic charge if the problem isn’t fixed? Another example is a car came in with an alternator not plugged in. The auto repair shop owner instructed the tech. to pull the alternator off and repaint it in the back parts room. Once it was dry it was installed back onto the vehicle and charged the customer over $400. There are so many rip off scams out there it is unbelievable. Paying for a diagnostic charge where the repair shop could not fix the problem really have you in his pocket because until you pay him he does not have to turn over your keys to you.

The only defense that you have is to stand there all day and see how much time the mechanic actually spends working on your car. But who has time for that? Price and labor mark up is getting out of hand. You get charged twice the amount for the same part as if you walked in and paid for it yourself. Then if the labor guide calls for 2.0 hours to install the part the mechanic will try and get away with charging you 3.5 hours. If you can ask the auto repair shop manager if you can see the book time you are being charged. Chances are he will not let you in the shop due to insurance purposes. As I said many times before go to QwikTalk and ask the guys there if you are getting scammed on a car diagnostics.

Ask a Mechanic, Veterinarian, or Business Consultant a Question Now!

I found a new service while scanning the internet looking for answers. We all know how time consuming that could be looking for just that one answer. Imagine if you can call in and get your answers immediately which would leave you time for more things to do in this busy busy world. For instance if your car has been acting like it is going to the scrap yard but all you need is a automotive part under $25 to fix it, wouldn’t you like to ask a professional certified auto mechanic who has nothing to gain but give you the answer? Another scenario would be your pet from whom you love very much and has been there for you through good times and bad all of a sudden is very sick. One phone call to a Veterinarian could save his life! This new company called QwikTalk is there for you, your car, and your favorite pet. Business consultants are also available on call for that one question that will save you hours of research. Ask a Mechanic, Veterinarian, or a Business Consultant your question and if your not satisfied you will get a refund with no questions asked!

I can remember a customer bringing in their vehicle for a ticking noise. It was a well taken care of car too. The customer actually wanted to junk the car but I informed him that all that needed to be done is to pull the valve cover off and install a new rocker arm. He saved himself thousands of dollars on a new car he thought he needed and is still driving it today. I don’t want to bore you with old mechanic stories but one other customer came into the shop thinking his timing belt broke and damaged his pistons. He asked me the question, “Should I Junk it” I told him that particular motor will not damage the engine if the timing belt breaks and all he needs is a $20 timing belt installed. As you can see all it takes is a question and you can save big time money by calling these guys at QwikTalk.

This type of service offered to the public is something that I wished was there for me long time ago when I was attending school. There is always that one question that bugs the heck out of me. I am sure your favorite pet would also like you to have access to your questions. The best thing about this service from QwikTalk is you do not have sales people pushing unneeded services on you trying to drain your pocket. All they do is give you the answer you are looking for.

More Information on Paying For Car Diagnostics/Auto Repair Diagnosis/Truck Diagnosis

In my previous blog post I received a lot of feed back on this topic of paying for a car diagnosis if the problem can’t be found by the auto mechanic. Auto repair diagnosis can be very simple as a vacuum leak or it can be very difficult like a short in an electrical circuit. Deciding weather to pay or not to pay for your vehicle diagnostics isn’t really a choice unless you have an understanding with your auto mechanic before hand. The auto repair shop can legally hold your keys and car until the bill is paid. But of course most people realize that. As a former 25 year certified auto technician I can give you some helpful advice on paying for your diagnosis.
Help Your Mechanic Find Your Car Problem:

If you have an idea of what it might be let the service writer know before hand. Give them every little detail of what the vehicle is doing and what it sounds and smells like. This will speed up his diagnostic time and your charges will stay lower. You are maybe thinking why should I give him this information if I have to pay him. Just by giving him or her this information could and will speed them up finding your problem. By the time you are through telling the auto repair shop all of the details they may have already figured out where your car problem is and how much it will take to fix and repair.

Have Your Auto Repair Shop Explain Their Diagnostic Routine:

Before you hand the auto repair shop your car or truck keys, make sure that you fully understand their diagnostic routine to you such as prices, shop labor rates, and the old shop supply charges you are will be charged. Most of the confusion when it comes time to pay for your car repair diagnosis is because the customer did not fully understand how and why they are being charged. Paying hourly can be very expensive if you fall prey to the wrong auto repair shop.

Insist on Staying and Waiting For the Auto Repair Diagnosis:

If you wait and check on the auto repair shop’s progress from time to time you can be sure they spend quality time on your vehicle rather than taking breaks and reading news papers or, this day and age playing computer games. You may be approached and asked to leave and they will call you when they find something. Don’t fall for this delay tactic and attempt to get you to leave. Tell the auto repair shop guys you don’t mind waiting.

I hope this information will help you feel better when it comes time to pay for your car or trucks diagnosis. Just remember that there will be a Small diagnostic charge which is usually a half hour or .5 of an hour weather they find the problem or not. (around $25-$35) Or you can call these guys for a very fast second opinion. The auto repair shop will not expect you to have certified trained mechanics only a phone call away! Good Luck!

Paying For a Car Diagnostics / Auto Repair Savings Blog

Have you ever taken your car or truck in to a Repair Shop and have them hook up either their Scanner or Oscilloscope and wondered why you should have to pay for that? You are maybe thinking they did nothing but just hook up a machine to it and tell me I have a problem. You may have known that already before taking your Car or Truck in there. So once again, when it comes to your Vehicle Diagnostic Charge, why should you have to pay for hooking up your Machine to it? Let me give you some insight behind their thinking of why auto repair shops have to charge you for this.

First of all, that Machine may have cost them over $10,000 to purchase and will have to get their money back some how. Why would some one spend that much money on a machine and hook up cars and trucks for free? Here is an idea. Why not charge at least a half hour of Diagnostic Time (.5) to start getting their money back while also helping the customer out? If the problem is found using this machine then you can charge them a full hour of Diagnostic time. (1.0) Then you can charge some labor to install the bad part and you can also make some money on parts mark up!

Secondly they think of their education and certifications which allow them to read and use this machine might be worth something to them while also helping the customer out. The tools involved for testing the parts that were found bad by this machine might account for something too. I can tell you from over 28 years of experience auto repair shops do not open up for business in order to give things and services away for Free. It would be nice if they did! But I think we all know auto repair mechanics are not nice people to begin with. Vehicle diagnostic charges have to be used in small increments to pay this big machine off.

On the other hand, if they can not find your problem with their machines and scanners I feel you should not be charged. I really do! If they are in business to find your car or truck problems then they should be able to do their jobs and find it. This topic on, "Why should I have to pay for a vehicle diagnostic charges" has been a heated debate for years. Here is what you can do to protect yourself from shady auto repair shops and mechanics who try to charge you a diagnostic charges.

Look for signs which are usually located in the front auto repair office explaining their minimum charge for vehicle diagnostics. Ask the Shop Manager or Auto Shop Owner what their hourly charges are there. For instance if they tell you they charge $50 per hour then you will be looking at around half of that which is $25 plus taxes and fees. You can also watch and make sure the auto mechanic uses the full half hour of diagnostic time working on your car or truck. Make sure that he or she doesn't spend 5 minutes on it then go to lunch or something to that nature. For more information on, "Auto Repair Savings" please visit my blog.  More...... Summer Road Trip Tips Auto Repair Guys/Over 28 Years Experienced!

Below are some road trips for everyone to use when taking a late summer or early Fall vacation. Your car or truck today is the cheapest way to go if you have your car in shape to tackle these hot roads and highways out there in America. Can you imagine your self and maybe with your family cruising down the highway having the wind blow in your hair. That is a great feeling to have but to make sure that you get to your destinations follow these very helpful tips for taking summer road trips.

Please have your engine oil changed: During your engine oil change these auto repair guys will also check other items for you free of charge. belts, hoses, fluids, lubricate your front end, and let you know of any problems they can see that could possibly give you car problems on your road trip.

Have your vehicle Tuned up: During the tune up process these auto repair guys will check your cars computer system, ignition system, and let you know if you have any computerized sensor problems that could give you a bad road trip experience.

Have your wheels aligned at least once a year or before your Summer road trip: Now these auto repair guys really know their stuff when it comes to your wheels and steering components. During the alignment process your ball joints, tie rod ends, idler arm, pitman arm, caster and camber along with your toe in and toe out will be checked and set back to factory specifications for you. If you plan on towing something really heavy let these guys know ahead of time in case they have to align the vehicle with the load attached.

The last road trip tip I want to give you is kind of tricky. It includes receiving a free brake inspection: Now with these auto repair guys you may want to watch out a little bit cause they will be out to make some money not as bad as the other guys listed before. Brake inspections is a money maker for these automotive guys! They can use scare tactics to make you buy something from them. Once you hear a scare tactic used, leave immediately!

Check Engine Light
NOTE: Summer road trip tips and these automotive repair guys can work well together if you find some trusting mechanics. During the oil change process watch out for quickie shops who will show how your fluids look compared to new fluids. And on your vehicle tune up watch out for over selling here as well such as unneeded filters and spark plug wires and sensors. The alignment guys can be a little sly also if they want to so be careful there as well. They may bring you out in the shop and show you how far and how much play your joints have on your vehicle. And last but least is the free brake inspection auto repair so called guys. Brake parts are very easy for them to replace and will turn around and charge you an arm and a leg.

I hope these Summer road trip tips and the automotive repair guys information I have given you will give you that vacation you badly deserve to take a pleasant one. For more reading please visit my blog at, “Auto Repair Savings.” -The Autodude- Over 28 Years Experienced!

Vehicle Repairs And Unpredictable-Unforeseen Car Problems

How many times driving down the road-
have you seen motorists experiencing unpredicted vehicle repairs and unforeseen car problems parked along a dark stretch of a highway? If you are like me then you may have lost count around fifty or so. It especially saddens me to see single moms with their children in the cars and trucks in 100 degree temperatures. Not only is it frustrating and scary for the parent but it is also very unsafe to be out there! I always try to make it a point to stop and ask if there is anything I could do for them while they wait for their roadside assistance help to arrive. A few times I was able to diagnose a dislodged coil wire preventing the car from starting or a loose and worn radiator hose clamp that needed to be replaced. In these cases I was able to get them back on the road again without charging them a dime. Let me explain why I don’t see any point in charging these people money for getting them back on the road.

Before I started my career out as a ASE Certified Automotive Repair technician, my mother enjoyed traveling out on the open roads. She knew I was always interested in becoming an auto repair technician as I was finishing up my 2 year Auto Mechanic Course. I was always prepared when ever we went anywhere on a trip. I would bring along my starter supply tool box and away we would go most of the time with my younger brother and sister. We were leaving New Orleans and heading north when our little Dodge Colt experienced what I would call a unpredicted vehicle repair problem or you can call it a unforeseen car problem. The Old 73 Dodge Colt died in the swamps of Louisiana and would not start as it was getting dark and the mosquitoes were just starting their attack on us all. My training in Auto repair lead me to the conclusion we had burnt up a set of points and condenser and the ignition coil was on its last leg.

I began my journey into the night by walking to some lights I saw off in a distance. The lights looked closer than it actually was! I would guess now that it was approximately 20 to 30 miles away to the closest small town down there. I thought it would be a good idea to have my little brother stay with my mom and my little sister for protection while I was out looking for a ride or for some help. By sun up, I made it to the small town just to find they had no Auto Parts Store around any where. While I took a small break under a shady tree fighting off mosquitoes, a very nice guy offered me a ride to the next town 20 miles away. He then asked me how many of my family members were waiting back in the broken down Dodge Colt which I replied, “my mother, little brother, and my little sister”.

Of course we were poor and had no roadside assistance help available and just enough gas money to get us back to Kansas. I never asked him for a dime when he offered to buy us all breakfast sandwiches juice and milk at the local McDonalds. He then threw a hundred dollar bill up on the Auto Parts Counter and insisted on paying for the Auto Parts too! As you can see, I try to help mostly the elderly and single mothers I see broke down on the roads today. Unpredicted Vehicle Repairs and Unforeseen Car Problems do happen to everyone out there. Coolant Temperature Diagnosis! Why is my Car Overheating? 3 Reasons Why HERE!

Auto Repair Savings
Here are some reasons listed for you to help diagnose your coolant temperature reading HOT and to help you to understand, “Why is my Car Overheating.” This Summer is going to be hot this year and your car will let you know by showing you your coolant temperature gage or light by illuminating it. Here are the top 3 reasons why your vehicle will suddenly read Hot!

1. Your car is low on antifreeze due to leaks or coolant evaporation
2. Your cooling fan is not turning on and cooling down your motor
3. Your car’s thermostat is stuck in the closed position not allowing the antifreeze to circulate

When your car is low on antifreeze it will not have the proper amount of coolant needed to cool down your hot motor. Make sure that your radiator and your coolant reserve bottle is full all summer long. The best fix for this is to have your auto mechanic perform a, “Coolant Pressure System Test.” He or she will pressurize your cooling system normally to about 20 pounds and inspect your cooling system for leaks. This test should run around $30-$50 and should only take about 20-30 minutes to perform for you. At the end of the test they will inform you where all of your leaks are located and how much it will cost to fix them.

Auto Repair Savings
Your Cooling Fan’s job is to come on around 220 degrees and cool down your coolant and your hot engine to around 190 degrees then shut off automatically. There are a few things that could happen that will not allow this coolant fan to operate like it should. The items that could go bad are your coolant fan switch, a bad coolant fan electric motor, a bad relay or a fuse leading to the fan motor. To perform a proper test for this you or the auto mechanic will need to monitor the engines temperature and watching for the fan operation at the same time.

Stant 45359 SuperStat Thermostat - 195 Degrees Fahrenheit
Auto Repair Savings
Your Vehicle’s Thermostat is suppose to open and close according to the engines temperature. For instance, the thermostat will be and remain closed until your motor reaches the proper operating temperature. If your car or truck is overheating because of this your thermostat will remain closed all of the time causing your engine’s temperature to get Hot fast. The Thermostat is only a few dollars and should be replaced at least once per year.

I hope these 3 tips on coolant temperature diagnosis will help you to understand why is my car overheating. For more auto repair tips and advice please visit my Blog at, “Auto Repair Savings And my Special Links.” -The Autodude-

Automotive Cooling System: Radiator Flush-What is a Radiator Flush?

In this article on cooling systems I will try to answer the question, “What is a Radiator Flush?”

Astro Pneumatic (AST78585) Radiator Pressure Tester and Vacuum Type Cooling Kit with 78581 Adapter
Cooling Pressure Test Kit

Basically a radiator flush is what it sounds like, the flushing and cleaning of your radiator. At least once a year you should have your cooling system inspected for proper operation. The job of the radiator is to help cool down the automotive engine in extreme cold and hot weather. Should your radiator get dirty and plugged up you will notice a rise in your temperature gage. This is where a radiator flush might be suggested by your local auto repair technician.

Ready-Rad 0433741 New Radiator
Automotive Radiator

The cost of a radiator flush should run you around $20-$30 and should take about 30 minutes to perform. The automotive repair technician will wait a few minutes before removing your radiator cap and opening your radiator drain plug. Once this is completed most of your antifreeze just in the radiator will be drained out and possibly recycled. Some auto repair shops will run some water through the radiator for cleaning purposes before the new antifreeze is poured back in.

Dart 31122221 Iron Eagle 9.325" / 4.125" / 400 Small Engine Block for Chevy
Car Engine Block

The contaminants that will be removed by the radiator flush is dirt, rust, and corrosion. If your cooling system is not flushed out on a regular basis the radiator could eventually plug up and cause your engine to overheat. The worst case scenario is you will blow a head gasket causing hundreds of dollars in auto repairs. So as you can see it’s a good idea to have your radiator flush on your cooling system at least once a year.

Back in the 90's I can remember the big problem with General Motor's orange life time antifreeze. It was suppose to last the life of the car then they said ok maybe it will last 100,000 miles instead. I can remember doing some warranty work at a Buick Dealership and found cars and trucks with only 30-40 thousand miles on them and the orange antifreeze was eating away the engine from the inside out! Gaskets were giving out earlier than what was expected, the entire cooling system was deterioating very quickly. General Motors finally warned the consumers to get rid of the orange antifreeze with a cooling system flush and fill including flushing out the radiator. You can find some of the information here.

My 25 years experience found that an entire flush and fill on every make and model should be performed once a year with a thermostat and radiator cap. This type of maintenance on your automotive cooling system will prevent any cooling system problem for the life of the car.

Another Auto Repair Savings Tip/ Car Brakes in The Summer

Another auto repair savings tip for you will be on saving money on your Brake repairs. The summer is going to bring us all alot of heat everywhere especially our brakes when we are trying to stop our car.  Brake fluid can become contaminated by water (2% on average) within 1 to 2 years, and in substantially less time in humid climates. Brake fluid (other than DOT 5) readily absorbs water from the air in the master cylinder. This cannot be prevented and changing (flushing) the brake fluid is the only solution. This is how your brake fluid in your car can actually boil and not do its job. Try to have your entire brake fluid flushed out and replaced every two years.

Your brake rotors will heat up faster in the summer time than in the cooler climates. You will maybe feel a slight pulsation through your brake pedal when you are trying to stop. What is happening is due to your brake rotors getting hot they will warp and become uneven. 50% of the time you can have your brake rotors resurfaced or turned, giving them a nice smooth surface again. If this is the case you will be saving money by not having to buy new brake rotors. The bad news is if your brake rotors have been turned or resurfaced to many times in the past they will be to thin and will warp almost instantly. You may have to buy new brake rotors if this is the case.

Brake pads should be replaced with a name brand company such as Borg Warner. Don't try to be cheap when it comes to having good brake pads. You will be given a choice at the part store with the price ranging from lowest to the highest. Always get the highest so you can have reliable brakes when you need them and they will last longer. The cheap pads will squeak and squeal which is very annoying to you and other drivers on the road. My last auto repair saving tip on your brakes in the summer is to get at least 2 Free Brake Inspection Repair Estimates and go with the one that you feel will do the better job. Don't always go with the lowest estimate. Temperature Gage Reading HOT? Summer Time Tips For Your Car

Well the summer heat is here and we all should get our cars and trucks ready for the Summer. Here is an article to help you to understand why your temperature gage is reading Hot and what you can do to prevent a boil over. Even my Blazer's temperature gage climbed a little higher than normal the last couple days! Here are some summer time tips you can do to make yourself feel safer as you are out riding around these heated roads. Please try to follow these auto repair saving tips:Stant 45358 SuperStat Thermostat - 180 Degrees Fahrenheit
  • Check the ground for any antifreeze leaks coming from your vehicle. If you are losing antifreeze even just a few drops on the ground or pavement will cause your temperature gage to rise.
  • After you get your leaks fixed hopefully by having an auto repair shop perform a "Pressure Test" have your entire cooling system flushed and filled with new antifreeze. Contaminated and old antifreeze will cause your temperature gage to show hot also.
  • Your radiator cap should be replaced every year preferably in the spring time. Its only a few dollars but is well worth it in the long run.
  • In an emergency if your temperature gage is running extremely high turn on your heater and set the fan level on high. You will also want to open your windows and turn off your air conditioner as this will heat your motor up more until you get to a safe place.
  • Allstar Performance ALL30131 21-25 PSI Stant Radiator Cap with LeverOne other small but very important car part to have replaced once a year is your car's thermostat. Just like your radiator cap, very inexpensive but very important to change once a year. A worn or weak thermostat will cause your temperature gage to show hot also.
  • The last piece of advice I can give you is if your car is blowing white smoke out of your tail pipe then that means you have blown a head gasket and Major Engine work needs to be done.

The Original Auto Repair Savings Blog/ Auto Repair Savings And my Special Links

Welcome to the original, “Auto Repair Savings Blog!” My Blog is aimed at helping the consumer understand and be aware of bad auto mechanics and auto repair shops. I have worked over 25 years as a certified auto repair technician helping customers get more for their dollar. I understand how frustrating it is to have car problems and then have to go out and find a reputable auto repair shop who doesn’t look at you like a dollar sign. Most women would rather have a male there so they do not get taken advantage of. I understand!

    CONTENT-TITLE-THIEFS
Auto Repair Savings is also about supplying the consumer with, “how to and DIY articles” that will give them step by step instructions on saving money doing their own repairs at home. Basically this blog was made for the consumer. Lately I have been scanning the internet and finding web sites claiming to be my original Blog. Of course this upsets me! Some how a site called, “Toms Auto Repair” or something to that nature has created their link under mine and has tricked the search engines to taking people to his web site instead of mine. What is this world coming to?
Another web site called Geeks something is using my content from my blog and not redirecting the search engines back to mine like it should. Not only that Word Press Users are also stealing content from my blog and not asking permission. I don’t mind sharing with people but please do not steal from me! My ultimate goal now is to look into purchasing a domain and transferring over there but that costs money. As a single father of a 7 year old I am now working as a free lance writer for a Great web site company called Bright Hub Automotive Articles.

I really hate to spend time writing for them when I could be writing for my, “Auto Repair Savings Blog.” I guess why I was away from my Blog some thieves were busy using their computer skills and stealing my Blog title and my content! What would you do if this happened to your web site? Wouldn’t you feel the same? This is why I have included a donation on my Blog to help me buy a domain name where I know my content would be safe and I can continue helping people with their cars.

In the mean time please follow the link above and check out my latest work on Bright Hub. ( I can sure use the page views there) J Until I can get the donations I will continue fighting these content and title thieves. So cross your fingers and hope that I can save the, “The Original Auto Repair Savings Blog

Auto Repair Savings Blog/ SEO REVIEW UPDATE of ONGSONO COM

Here is my update SEO review of this site. Well after a month or so of this SEO company called ongsono.com I am sad to say I am very dissatisfied with their customer service . Here comes that old saying again, “If It Sounds To Good To Be True Well It Probably Is.” Don’t let me forget the other one I think it goes like, “ You Get What You Pay For.” Which the answer here is NOTHING! I was pretty impressed with these guys who are claiming to be SEO friendly. So impressed I asked them if I can review their site for my blog and with their approval I did just that. (That Post is Now Deleted)

I tried using the other free tools that they offered and ran into a lot of technical difficulties. I attempted to contact them numerous of times knowing that ongsono is probably busy, and I received no reply. Although I did receive a email from them a month or so later telling me that my #2 ranked blog has been rejected from their site! I was stunned and surprised after following their wishes for me to place their ongsono directory link on my blog which I had, they rejected it. I quickly responded to their email asking why and they replied that, “cheating their system will result in your blog being rejected.” So not only was my blog rejected they called me a cheater also. Lol

The review update of ongsono. Com a so called SEO company, comes out with a D-. Maybe a D+ if their tools were working all of the time. Their rules were followed concerning their link appearing on my blog and I even posted a positive review of them which they approved and I was still treated as a robot using their words. So my quest to find another SEO site with exceptionally good people skills continue as I scan across this Internet. If you have any ideas on finding a great SEO company to work with please let me know. All I can say about my update review of the so called SEO site of ongsono.com is to stay away from their services as far away as possible.

Better Gas Mileage-Auto Repair Savings-Blog-Tune Up

    Auto Repair Savings
How many articles have you read when it comes to getting better gas mileage for your car or truck so far this year? If your like me I’m getting tired of hearing the same old tips and advice on getting the best gas mileage for your cars and trucks. I have spent over 25 years specializing in engine performance helping my customers get their optimum performance out of their vehicles so they can get their best gas mileage possible. From tweaking out their computerized carburetors to replacing a worn out and stretched timing belt, my customers always got their gas mileage increase along with some lost power they thought they had lost forever. I showed them proof of increased gas mileage after I got through with my tune ups. Some of the things I showed them were a decrease in lost voltage on the oscilloscope and the 4 gas readings before and after the tune up. Here are a few more items they were shown and were very happy with:

    1. Increased fuel pump pressure after changing out their old gas filters
    2. Oxygen sensor voltage jumping around back and fourth like a Easter bunny on crack
    3. Tons of carbon shooting out of their tail pipes after a good fuel injection cleaning
    4. A very smooth idle as if they all were a Cadillac
    5. Increased power by changing out their old sloppy and loose timing belts
    6. Better gas mileage and optimum engine performance

    Auto Repair Savings
I think that’s the problem with these so called auto technicians today, all they want to do is sell you parts that you don’t need and they do not take pride in their work. When ever I tuned up a car I always had a scanner hooked up to the cars computer system, the oscilloscope hooked up to their primary and secondary ignition wires and a four gas hanging out of the tail pipe making sure everything was synchronized and working before I let that car leave my bay. I also guaranteed them best and better gas mileage! The next time that you get a tune up on your car or truck see if they can perform all of this while you are watching them. I just bet they will tell you that you have to leave the shop area due to their insurance policy. I think the last time I checked, a tune up these days is just changing out your spark plugs. The rest is just an up sell for them. I hope that today’s tune ups in 2011 has improved so you can get your best gas mileage possible.
